1. Who we are

Jey Study ("Jey Study", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Gatsheni Projects. By using Jey Study you are entering an agreement with Gatsheni Projects.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The service

Jey Study is an AI-powered study companion that helps students research topics, work through homework, and practice with AI-generated quizzes. The Pro plan additionally unlocks an advanced AI model and PDF exports of conversations.

4. Account & authority

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) to use Jey Study. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • Use Jey Study for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
  • Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.
  • Use the service to generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak the AI.

You are responsible for your prompts, the content you upload, and how you use any AI output. AI responses may be inaccurate — verify important information independently. Jey Study is not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

The Jey Study service, software, branding, and documentation are owned by Gatsheni Projects. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

7. Payments, billing & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.

8. Service level

We work hard to keep Jey Study available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
